In English, we learnt the features of a persuasive letter. We wrote a letter to the Prime Minister, Rusi Sunak about deforestation and how we must protect the rainforests. Some of the features we learnt are: rhetorical questions, modal verbs and fronted adverbials with commas. Next term, we will send our letters to Downing Street!
