The children from Holy Cross have been thinking about the homeless people and how we could support them during the coldest months of the year. Ava-Leigh from Chestnut class said, "Some of us are lucky enough to wrap up in a blanket or turn the heating on when it gets chilly. However, some people can't. That's why we need to take matters into our hands". This has lead our Chaplains to organise a charity event, PJ day, to collect money that can be given to the Swindon Night Shelter, a charity that supports the homeless in our town. We have raised a whopping £270.
