End of Year 6 Celebrations
As the academic year draws to a close, we are thrilled to share the fantastic journey of our Year 6 students, filled with remarkable accomplishments and unforgettable experiences. It has been a term of growth, creativity, and exploration, and we are immensely proud of our young learners for their dedication and enthusiasm. Our talented Year 6 students brought the enchanting tale of "Ali Baba and the Bongo Bandits" to life in a mesmerizing school production. The stage came alive with captivating performances, vibrant costumes, and unforgettable moments that showcased the immense talent and hard work of our budding actors and actresses. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the parents who attended and supported the show, making it a resounding success!

On our final Sports Day, the school grounds were buzzing with excitement as our students showcased their athletic prowess and competitive spirit. With cheers and applause resonating in the air, the event was a celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and determination. Congratulations to all participants for their incredible efforts and sportsmanlike conduct throughout the day. Also, our Year 6 students embraced their inner engineers and embarked on an exciting project to design and construct motorised fairground rides. With ingenuity and teamwork, they crafted impressive rides that demonstrated their problem-solving abilities and engineering skills. We are incredibly impressed by their innovative creations!

The term was not only about classroom learning but also about expanding horizons through educational excursions. Our trip to Lawn Manor provided hands-on experiences in nature, encouraging our students to appreciate and respect the environment. As this was some of our student’s first time visiting the woods, it would be wonderful if they could revisit and explore further during their summer holidays! Additionally, the visit to Clifton Cathedral was a cultural and spiritual journey, commemorating their time at Holy Cross.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all parents and guardians for their continued support throughout the term. Your encouragement and involvement have played a pivotal role in shaping our students' successes and experiences. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. As we bid farewell to our Year 6 students, we are filled with pride and nostalgia, knowing that they are ready to embrace new challenges and excel in the next chapter of their educational journey. We wish them all the best for their future endeavours and look forward to witnessing their continued growth and achievements.
