On Wednesday 17th May, Year 3 had their school trip to Avebury. Lots of fun was had by all. The children learnt about the Stone Age, and about how and why the stones at Avebury were placed there. The children visited the Alexander Keiller Museum, (an archaeologist) who discovered many artefacts at Avebury. These artefacts show us all about how the people used to live at Avebury during the Stone Age.
